Places that simply deserved to be photographed
This collection brings together images taken during journeys, walks and moments when the landscape, architecture or light made me stop for a while. It was never conceived as commercial work or as a planned series, but rather as a more personal and spontaneous way of photographing whatever caught my eye.
The photographs are very different from one another: nature, mountains, coastlines, cities, buildings and places discovered along the way. Many of them were created without any prior preparation, simply because there was a particular light, composition or atmosphere worth preserving.
It is a small collection, but one I am especially fond of. These are images I enjoy returning to and, in many cases, using as wallpapers: photographs made more for the pleasure of looking at them than to fulfil any assignment.
